John Kermicle

JOHN KERMICLE | General Manager

John grew up on a family farm near Olney, Illinois. He majored in Agricultural Economics at the University of Illinois and also served as the Illinois FFA President from 1977 to 1978. After college, John spent one year working with the Illinois General Assembly State Senate Republican Staff and then worked on the Secretary of Agriculture's Public Liaison Staff in Washington DC from 1981 to 1984. John began his career with AgriGold in 1984 working in Research & Marketing. John became the General Manager of AgriGold in 1998.

Our goal for over 80 years has been to help growers achieve maximum results by utilizing our superior genetics backed by extensive agronomic information and protected with the best traits and seed treatments in the industry.

Philip McCutchan

PHILIP MCCUTCHAN | Marketing Manager

Phil grew up on a family farm in Mt. Vernon, Indiana. He majored in Agricultural Economics at Purdue University. He was active in 4-H and FFA including Indiana FFA State President. Phil enjoys attending his children's activities, flying and helping on the family farm.

The Marketing Team works hard to support our sales team with everything from advertising and literature to customer events and our intern program. AgriGold has a tremendous story to tell and Phil enjoys developing new ways to share the brand message.

Lauren Doelling

LAUREN DOELLING | AgriGold Supply Manager

Lauren lives on a corn and soybean farm near West Salem, IL. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural Communications. Lauren began her career with AgriGold as a Supply Specialist, moved into Inventory Budget Analyst role, and then transferred into her current role as AgriGold Supply Manager. Lauren works with a supply team where they serve as a liaison between the production, sales and customer service team. From logistics to inventory management, this team provides customer service to both internal and external customers. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family hiking, baking and painting.

Jarad Arnold

JARAD ARNOLD | Business Manager

Jarad grew up just north of the sales office in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He graduated from Eastern Illinois with a degree in Finance and then later attended Oakland City University where he received his M.B.A. Jarad began his career with AgriGold as a production employee for 6 years during his time in high school and college and after graduating spent 8 years as AgriGold’s Inventory & Budget Analyst, 3 more years as the Systems Specialist and now finally Business Manager.

The Customer Team is responsible for collaborating, partnering and creating a WORLD CLASS customer experience. Working directly with internal and external customers on everything from logistics, customer billing and online tool implementation, our team is constantly searching for ways to assist.

Mike Kavanaugh

MIKE KAVANAUGH | Agronomy Manager

Mike grew up on a family farm consisting of corn, soybeans, wheat & livestock in Loogootee, Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Crop and Soil Science and Pest Management. His journey with AgriGold began in 2005. His previous jobs involved chemical and fertilizer sales, crop scouting, and agronomic consulting.

The Agronomy Team understands that the right seed selection is just the first step in achieving high-yielding results. Our dedicated Agronomists conduct multi-year on-farm studies so we can make the right recommendations every time.

John Brien

JOHN BRIEN | Eastern Agronomy Manager

John was introduced to agriculture on his family’s farm near Kenton, Ohio. There he learned the value of work and the understanding that a farmer is only the tenant for a short time and must make the most of their efforts. He graduated from The Ohio State University in Agronomy. He started working at a retail fertilizer outlet before joining AgriGold. John started with AgriGold in 2000 as a Regional Agronomist. He has spent almost 20 years building relationships and sharpening his agronomist knowledge in the field throughout Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.

As the Eastern Agronomy Manager, he is responsible for the development and training of the agronomy team East of the Mississippi river. John is dedicated in helping provide our customers with the best genetics and agronomic knowledge for their farm.

Dustin Bowling

DUSTIN BOWLING | Western Agronomy Manager

Dustin grew up on a family farm consisting of corn, soybean, beef and dairy cattle near Chillicothe, MO. He developed a love for corn genetics and breeding at the young age of 14 when he started doing seasonal work for the local Pioneer Hi-Bred research station. Dustin graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Agronomy in 2004. After college Dustin worked in the Ag Retail industry, conducting seed, chemical, fertilizer, and precision ag sales. He joined the AgriGold team in 2011 as the agronomist for Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Iowa.

In his current role as Western Agronomy Manager, Dustin works with our agronomy team, sales force, and customers west of the Mississippi river in the areas of agronomic training and product selection of our corn and soybean lineups. Other than his passion for all things agriculture, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters on their family farm.

Craig Carter

CRAIG CARTER | Eastern Sales Manager

Craig grew up on a corn, soybean and swine farm near Frankfort, Indiana. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Craig was an AgriGold intern in college and hired upon undergraduate graduation as a Corn Specialist in Northwest Indiana. Craig led AgriGold's expansion into Nebraska and Kansas as a Regional Sales Manager from 2009-2010. He was Sales Operations Manager from 2011 to 2016 where he coordinated the brand's geographic expansion, managed 5 sales regions, led our company-wide recruiting efforts, helped launch our Field Advisor program, and oversaw our industry-leading internship program where we hire 70+ interns annually. Today as our Eastern Sales Manager, he has responsibility for all sales efforts and personnel East of the Mississippi River.

As the Eastern Sales Manager at AgriGold, Craig's passion is our people and customers. His time is focused on engaging our sales teams and customers in the east to develop lasting relationships and grow our brand. We have a tremendous company culture, a track record of continued growth and success, and we like to have a lot of fun!

Mike Sudbeck

MIKE SUDBECK | Western Sales Manager

Mike grew up on a family farm consisting of corn, soybeans, wheat, and sorghum near Seneca, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agronomy in 2002. After college, Mike worked as an agronomist and soon worked his way into a sales and management position in retail for a total of 8 years. Mike joined AgriGold in 2012 as a Regional Sales Manager, working and growing the westward expansion area for the company in Kansas, Missouri and Iowa.

In his current role as the Western Sales Manager, Mike manages the sales force west of the Mississippi. Other than his passion for working with growers and people in the ag industry, he enjoys spending time with his family and keeping up with his children’s activities.
