Roundup Ready® 2 Technology contains genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate. Roundup Ready 2 Xtend® soybeans contain genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate and dicamba. Products with XtendFlex® Technology contain genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, glufosinate and dicamba. Glyphosate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate. Dicamba will kill crops that are not tolerant to dicamba. Glufosinate will kill crops that are not tolerant to glufosinate. Contact your seed brand dealer  or refer to the Bayer Technology Use Guide for recommended weed control programs.

 

Seed products with the LibertyLink® (LL) trait are resistant to the herbicide glufosinate ammonium, an alternative to glyphosate in corn, and combine high-yielding genetics with the powerful, non-selective, postemergent weed control of Liberty® herbicide for optimum yield and excellent weed control.

To plant Enlist, Herculex and PowerCore seed, you must have a limited license from Corteva Agriscience (or other appropriate affiliates). In consideration of the foregoing, Corteva Agriscience grants to the Grower the limited license to use its technology to produce only a single commercial crop in the United States under the terms and conditions set forth in the Technology Use Agreement in effect at the time of planting of this seed.

Always read and follow herbicide label directions prior to use: Enlist® products contain the Enlist trait that provides crop safety for use of labeled over-the-top applications of glyphosate, glufosinate and 2,4-D herbicides featuring Colex-D® technology when applied according to label directions. Following burndown, the only 2,4-D containing herbicide products that may be used with Enlist® crops are products that feature Colex-D technology and are expressly labeled for use on Enlist crops. 2,4-D products that do not contain Colex-D technology are not authorized for use in conjunction with Enlist products. Assure II is currently the only FOP herbicide for in-crop use with Enlist corn.

1. SPONSOR: This Seeds of Greatness Tailgate Tour Traeger Grill Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is promoted, sponsored, and administered by AgReliant Genetics, LLC d/b/a AgriGold, with its headquarters at 1122 W.169th Street, Westfield, Indiana 46074 (“Sponsor”). These Official Rules govern all aspects of participation and prize award.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway shall run from 9am Central Standard Time (“CST”) September 10, 2022 through 12am CST November 30, 2022 (“Entry Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, other than New York and Florida, who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry that are invitees to Sponsor’s invitees to one of the following “Seeds of Greatness” Tailgate Tour events; (1) September 10, 2022 – Kansas State University; (2) October 1, 2022 – South Dakota State University; (3) November 5, 2022 – University of Nebraska; and (4) November 19 – Iowa State University (the “Entrants”). Sponsor’s employees, their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families or households of each are not eligible.
4. PARTICIPATION: Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway. Winning a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Giveaway as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event this Giveaway is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this Giveaway. Should this Giveaway be terminated prior to the end of the Entry Period, Sponsor reserves the right to award a Prize based on the non-suspect, eligible entries received before the termination date.
5. HOW TO ENTER: In order to enter one of the four contests in the Seeds of Greatness Tailgate Tour Traeger Grill Giveaway, Entrants must:
   1. Follow AgriGold on Facebook or Twitter; and
   2. Post a selfie photograph on the same personal Facebook or Twitter account on which they follow AgriGold that complies with the following;
      1. The selfie photograph must be from the game or Seeds of Greatness Tailgate event they were invited to;
      2. Entrant must caption the selfie photograph post with #SeedsOfGreatness; and

• The selfie photograph post must tag AgriGold on Facebook or Twitter using the Twitter handle “@agrigold”.

6. SELECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Within approximately 24-hours of each of the four contests in the Seeds of Greatness Tailgate Tour Traeger Grill Giveaway, Sponsor will select a winner (“Winner”) through a random software-generated drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period for the subject contest. The selection of the Winner by Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Winners will be notified via the AgriGold representative that invited Entrant to the Seeds of Greatness Tailgate event. The Winner’s tailgate picture will be posted across AgriGold’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts following notification of the confirmed winner. If a Winner cannot be reached within 5 days of the first attempt, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Alternative Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its representatives are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, or Entries that don’t identify the Entrant; and (ii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the Prize. The Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in order to receive the Prize, or the Prize will be forfeited. Any and all tax benefits resulting from distribution of the Prize are retained by Sponsor. The Prize will be fulfilled within a reasonable time after Sponsor’s verification of the Winner.
7. WINNER DISPUTE: In the event of a dispute over the owner of an Entry, Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the name associated with the Twitter or Facebook account used to submit an Entry. Any questions regarding the number of Entries submitted related to such account or Entrant shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries by persons determined by Sponsor to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Giveaway.
8. PRIZE: The Prize is 1 Traeger Tailgater Pellet Grill in Black with an approximate retail value is $529.99. There will be a total of 4 Prizes awarded – one at each of the four contests in the Seeds of Greatness Tailgate Tour Traeger Grill Giveaway. If any Prize is unclaimed or forfeited, the Prize will may not be awarded. No substitution or transfer of the Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, Entrants (a) agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor; (b) agree to release Sponsor (as set forth in the release of liability below), its affiliates, subsidiary and parent companies, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and its employees, officers and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this Giveaway or awarding or receipt of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor nor its employees, officers and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize; and (c) consent to use of his or her name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Giveaway or promotion of Sponsor or Sponsor’s products by Sponsor and its employees, officers and agents, without consideration or further permission, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All Entrants agree to hold harmless and release Sponsor and its employees, officers, agents, parent companies, affiliates, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Giveaway, participation in any Giveaway-related activities, and/or delivery, failure of delivery, or acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor and its employees, officers and agents are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any Entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of this Giveaway or to defraud Sponsor or its employees, officers and agents in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Entrants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with this Giveaway or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Hamilton County, Indiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana.
12. PRIVACY POLICY: Sponsor will not collect or store any personal identification information or data other than as necessary to notify and award Winner. Winner may unsubscribe from any email communications as identified in Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.agrigold.com (“Privacy Policy”). Sponsor will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose an Entrant’s or Winner’s personal information to a third party, other than to those engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes, without the Entrant’s or Winner’s permission or as otherwise permitted by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
13. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to effect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.
